Want to know where your order is? No problem — we've got you covered.
How to track your order
- Check your confirmation email — When your order was placed, we sent you an order confirmation email. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Club King Customs.
- Find your shipping notification — Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a separate shipping email containing your tracking link. Simply click the link in that email to see the latest updates from the carrier.
- Use your order status page — Every confirmation email includes a link to your personal order status page, where you can view fulfilment updates, estimated delivery dates, and tracking information in one place.
Haven't received a tracking email?
Tracking numbers are added once your order has been packed and collected by the courier. If your order was placed recently, it may still be in production — please allow a little extra time for custom orders.

Standard delivery times apply once your order has been dispatched. Custom or personalised orders may take a little longer to prepare before they're sent out.
